does for me... I'm in the testserver right now
you need to install the latest patch (the 64130) first before you can install this one.

Still doesent work saying patch is incompatible for the build.

If you want the premium graphics patch just delete the word classic from that link and insert premium. I tried it myself and am up and running on premium graphics client. Thanks for the info guys was desperate to play during downtime.

Looks like in the same boat as a few others. My test server client is 5.11.64311 but there doesn't seem to be a patch to get to 5.11.64365  And I can't seem to get a client to take me back to 64130 either so I'm stuck.
