I'm not aware of any issues with this, but if more people have problems, please let us know. Meanwhile, you are welcome to create a petition in the Billing & Account category, the GMs will help you sort it out.  |

I did that but just wanted to know if it was just me that had the probs.
#3 Well the Credit Card I used has run out yes. So i Needed to change subscription details. But if account isent active, this is impossible.  |

Keep getting an error trying to reactivate two of my alts with ETC's, just come back after a break to, petitions in, not a good start :(

The issue has now been solved, reactivating your account should work again, but if you have any further issues, please post them as we will monitor this thread for a while.

There was an issue with one of our servers that has now been solved. Additionally we do have some fairly powerful anti fraud protection in our billing system which means that sometimes you have to contact Customer Support to be able to subscribe or reactivate.

On trying to reactivate with ETC you now get the following message instead of the previous error before the fix :
To re-activate your account simply fill out your personal and Direct Debit bank information in the form below and press the 'Next' button.

What you mean by that? I payed my 2 other accounts few days ago and it worked jsut fine and NOW it suddenly not work anymore,so i should write yet another petention just because you cant solve the problem and yet ahlt me anothe day to logg in to the game and change skill

Anti fraud protection does not mean we think you're trying to commit fraud, it's automated things that catches possible frauds, and sometimes things that are legit as well. Think of it as the email junk filter, sometimes it sorts out emails that are legit and you have to manually put it back in your inbox, petitioning us let's us fix the issue manually. 
If you have an active petition, please update it to reflect that the issue was fixed and you still can't activate your account.
