I Have one quick question. If I declare war on an other players corp, and I shoot there POS will concord come and get me? I read some were that they will, and I read other places that they will not. If you could help me out on this it would be awesome.

Give it a try - worst that happens is that you lose a ship.. fly up to it in a frig, take a shot at it.. fly away.. if Concord tracks you down - you have your answer.
Or, I could just tell you "No they will not attack you", but you have no clue if I am lying or if I even know the answer.. so just give it a try.

Concord will not bother you as long as you are at war and the status is "can fight" however failly obviouslly the pos will shoot you.

Concord will come shoot the pos with you while eating dougnuts and checking out the local babes.
On a more preciose note, no they wont kill you. A wardec allows you to shoot the dec'd corps pos and other assets.

If you war dec the corp that owns the pos you wont get gank my concord, just by the pos.
