now hear me out on this one and i dunno if its been suggested but i think this would be great.
Everyone with a low sec status should be classed as pirates our outlaws eand when they enter hi sec systems there should be more risk that just concord seing these people feel high sec players are carebears cause they can get the uper hand by jumping them cause they can shoot first give the carebears the chance to fight back.
so to do this pirates or outlaws should be on perma pvp in high sec once they enter high sec they can legaly be hunted and killed by any player doing so would bring a small bounty from concord and any player related bounty to the killer of this pirate or outlaw.
that make everyone happier bears would be able to shoot and kill pirates without recourse and pirates would have to do what they should and that operate in null/ low sec and cause there pirates shouldnt it be extreamly hard for them to operate in high sec problem solved for everyone ? |

Isn't this what already happens when you're below -5? |

The entire bounty system needs a complete rehaul that I don't think this suggestion would encompass in it's entirety.
Now, as far as being allowed to attack people below a certain sec status Danika is correct. -5 and below makes that person (including their pod) a free target without penalty anywhere.
Personally, I believe that should stay the way it is... However I would like to see players with any negative amount of security status being able to be shot on sight in low security space by anyone with positive security status. My reasoning is that players with negative security status have been recognized by CONCORD as potential threats. As such, CONCORD should allow law abiding capsuleers to engage said threats without penalty in areas of space that are not secured by CONCORD.
Right now, law abiding citizens do not have any initiative when it comes to defending against pirates that haven't yet hit the -5 standings. They simply have to wait there and allow the pirate to engage first, giving them the initiative. [ [ALDEB] Aldebaran Foundation (Recruiting Industry & PvE Players) [HISEC] ] |

For PvP and like to encourage more of it?
Want to validate a potential Career path in EvE with new income potential that is ideally designed as simply a transferance of ISK from one pilot to another?
Actually like situations where ships shoot back and "really" improve your KB resume?
You agree that pilots should adapt to challenging situations in EvE where acceptance of risk is an everyday seperator of those getting ahead on the curve?
Or simply want to make EvE less boring?

i hear what your saying aiden but with the forums ect and hi sec casuals ect supposedly being bear and all giveing them the abbility to attack players at say 2.0 of negative standings i think would raise the game and thus give us all the chance to engauge these targets without haveing to wait for them to engauge us if you get the point of what im going at. |
