Comments:
- IIRC the aux nano pump doesn't affect capital reps.
- Needs faction Smartbombs and a faction neut
- Drone upgrades are unnecessary - your role (esp in a niddy) is remote repairing
- Needs ECCM more than sensor booster :(
- The fit is absurdly expensive - something I'd expect on a Hel rather than a Niddy. Some faction is fine, but wow.
- The cloak is really bad for lock times, maybe replace with a cap armor rep
- Fit more cap recharge, possible at the expense of local tank/reps.

- Needs faction Smartbombs and a faction neutHonestly, faction is OTT, decent t2 smartbomb will do, neut depends on the kind of use for the ship. Solo means faction blobb means t2.

- Needs ECCM more than sensor booster :(Not really true, Sensor boosters save lives even if no EW is applied to you. ECCM might save you at times from ECM. Both needed, one more than the other.

I mostly agree with Liang
- Nano pump definitely does not work
- I'm not too fond of smartbombs since in cap fleetbattles they will kill a lot of friendly drones lagged and your corpmates will hate you (I had 10 fighters put into structure because I had launched them but could not make them attack target and some jackass close to me accidentally fired his smartbombs in autorepeat.
- cap recharge is just enough to hold if you replace tour nanopump by another CCC, bring some alternate cap mods for pos repping sessions, but otherwise remote repping modules eat a loss less cap than EFT suggests because the few seconds you get when switching targets mean a lot as far as cap recharge is concerned (I used to run my nid with 3 remote reppers and it worked fairly well)
- deadspace on carrier is soo 2006.
- Cloak is mostly useless, have one in your hold just in case but it's a bit meh tbh
Last point, if you're a carrier flying with other carriers, get a few replacement mods in your hold, to be able to refit to cover unexpected situations (tackling gear, which is usually a bad idea, but might serve one day, extra cap rechargers/CPRs/ECCMs/sensor boosters/hardeners, anything non capital sized won't take that much room into your hold and might be handy in the end). Plus some stuff in your corporate hangars (the same kind of spare parts actually) can help your corpmates to refit shold they need to.
