any good setups for lvl 3 missions ?
what should I use for rigs also ?

This should be fine for level 3 missions if your shield skills are good.

No, but for level 3 missions you normally don't need much tank. This gives you good DPS and a thoughtless tank :). Here's a basic Harby setup if you want to go the armor route.

Forgot again...with the above setup you can fit 6 Heavy Beam II's and 1 Focused Medium Beam II if you have AVU 5.

Lets see if I remember what I used for speedrunning level 3s when I was grinding stats for Carthum:

This is a pretty high skill fit (since it requires high fitting, tanking and weapon skills), but it really cuts through missions since you can open fire as soon as you warp in.
It's also a slightly lazy fit, since on Sansha/Blooder missions you could probably remove the EANMII, replace the Kinetic Hardener with an EM hardener and add another heatsink.
If you can't use T2 heavy beams you're almost as well off replacing the T2 beams with good named beams. Then you can most likely exchange the ACR rig for another ANP which should compensate for the slightly lower firepower.
It preforms best at running the short, low-reward missions where it's quick engagment times allows it to really outpreform the Pulse Harbinger.
Also, on any mission involving Gurista "sniper" cruisers or stasis webifier towers the Heavy beam harbinger is king (unless you're using a heavy missile drake).
