If there was a best area, why would anyone tell you? Learn to use the scanner, it saves time. And imo, the 'best' places tend to be 0.8 systems that are within a few jumps from popular trade hubs. |

Add belts, ships and containers to your overview and scan for them. If you go to busy systems you have more chance of finding miners but they'll be more used to pirates. If you go to quieter systems you'll find less miners but they'll be more likely to make a mistake.

As already said, yes, harressing new players in any of the 12 starting systems is a bannable offense. However although all starter systems are 1.0 space, not all 1.0 space are a starter systems.... |

Which has nothing to do with him being in your fleet.

There's a difference between helping people, which I have no problem with since they put in the effort to read the forums, and showing all your aces, tricks and tactics. Actually I already made the movie but as I was rendering it I realized that it would/could be used against me, so I'm not gonna publish it

Yes. Yes, they do.
Huh?
I thought the only bannable in a starter system was can baiting. I have always thought that can flipping in the belts was legit in any system.
So, that is not true?

ANY activity that will allow you to kill a a new player in one of the starter systems through the use of the "aggro" criminal flagging system is considered harassment and a bannable offense... how do I know...? Wellll... got a slight warning from a GM back when I was just starting out my nefarious career choice....
Here's a little official word on the subject....

Yep, because it DEFINITELY doesn't tell them they can be killed when they take from your can. And it DEFINITELY loses them a TON of isk when that ibis goes pop.

Good, because I don't bother with aggro mechanics. Destroyers I and Weapon Upgrades I are all your alt needs to suicide gank Bantams in 1.0.
