CCP needs to charge for jet-cans. Not much, just 0.01isk would be fine. Such a little change could bring so many a tear to folks that have a negative wallet balance.
Yeah, yeah, F&I is that way... I don't always finish my commentary, but when I do |

Someone has to play devils advocate . Sure - but it makes the whole business effectively so cumbersome as to make work-arounds punishment in their own right. Grinding out of negative territory is going to be ugly as it is - having to create wrecks to stash your stuff, then shuttling back-n-forth will only make it worse. Actually you can only take things out of NPC wrecks. You can't put things in them. I haven't tried to put anything in to a player wrecks, so I don't know if they work similarly or not.
No cannot use NPC wrecks as cans. I don't always finish my commentary, but when I do |

Actually I stand corrected, you can use a wreck can. I just tested this. Kill a rat with loot in it. Salvage the rat (leave the loot inside) and it leaves a can. You can now use that can to store stuff in.
It is an absolute pain in the *** to do this as you would need to have a salvager with you and fly close enough to the wreck to use it, but it can be done. I don't always finish my commentary, but when I do |

Not true. At least one popular bot program allows for jet canning and can by used in fleet operations if needed. I wonder how many of those are getting missed? I don't always finish my commentary, but when I do |
