remote eccm is kind of useless in most circumstances because how do you no if som1 is being jammed?
what i ask is putting an im jammed button in your broadcasts
simple enough,, discuss Signature removed as it was stretching the forums. Navigator |

the first thing i would like to discuss with you is the importance of using ENGLISH. "som1" is not a word, and makes you look like a 14 year old teenage bopper instead of the (presumably) intelligent person you are.
secondly, your proposal has a lot of merit. there is an argument that if a person is being jammed, they would tell you, but its hardly an onerous addition to make it have a little ECM symbol + arrow(to differentiate it from the symbol that shows YOU are being jammed) next to squad members who are being jammed. |

I would like to point out that perhaps he is a 14 year old teenage bopper. Or English is a tertiary language and the main English he's encountered has been "Inet"-English. So could sum1 plz tell Substance Sir he might not b correct in his assumptions?

ECCM/Remote ECCM used to 'break' a jam: sounds good and useful because of the 20-second solid jam timer.

Yeah, but when you're ECMing a guy, you want to keep him jammed, and having an ECCM put on him (even after a successful jam cycle) can make for a good combo breaker. It would be handy.
Ideally, I'd like to see an interface for support ships, that provides status info on all members of the fleet. Maybe you could dedicate a tab on the overview to showing fleetmates, their HP and EW status, and their broadcasts. That's would be a useful tool.

Nerf ecm, ****'s ridiculous. I should go on the test server all day and just jam every ship I see until they nerf it. -------
