Not sure if this is a bug or was intentional, but you used to be able to look at a corp's standings (or a character's) and see all the player corps that liked them, disliked them, and what their stances were to other corps as well. Now, all you see is NPCs and Agents.
Is it meant to be like this?

Edited by: cashman on 09/07/2004 00:38:24 I've posted about this before, and even before that last patch. Yet no reply, so I guess they just don't care. Maybe we'll see a fix for it in shiva

You weren't meant to be able to see those details, it was an oversight from the bugtesting phase of the new standings system.

Pfft, it was useful being able to check up on Corp's standings to see if they had loads of allied corps set to -10 or whatever....

I agree. That was very useful information for deciding how you would deal or not deal with a player or when one went corp shopping, knowing who your allies and enemies would be before joining the corp.
Frankly, knowing the NPC corp factions tells me jack all unless it appears they're deliberately courting/tanking an NPC faction.

I'm betting that CCP would ideally like to offer this information, but that the db query to supply all that information was really, really expensive. Which is easily imaginable. --- The Tarsis Shriners |

A way to manually fix it for your corp is to reset each and every standing you have (don't have to change them, just open and save the standing setting), then people should be able to see the likes and dislikes for your corp. I know that isn't exactly all that useful, but hey :) |

Well, I dont really care about all the standings a corp has. However, I am missing the players corp standing to my corp below the players security status.
Its a bit anoying to always have to look into the standings.
