Domination OD,TS MAR, TS EXP ACT HARD,800 Rolled Tungsten, TS Adaptive energized nano MEDS: MWD II(Tho I might get a faction with less sig radius), SS warp DIS,DB or DOMI Web, MED elect cap booster(might get a faction 1 who knows if price is right) and last one im kind of wondering which I should fit. I was gunna fit a SS Tracking Link for my light neutrons II's for anti drone and whatknot, or should I put a Faction 14-15 km warp scrambler so I can catch those webbing ints with over heat maybe, or should I put on a second web? or wut? or maybe ECCM but listen to my implants questions first. Highs: 3 Light neutron blasters II's 1 True sansha Neut(14km range same as web and if I fit a warp scramble factioned in 5th slot in stead of tracking link or another web or eccm), and a protype cloak for who knows keeping off scram while trapped.
Rigs: Either Polycarbon and trimark or two Polycarbos(since I got the plate.
Ok now which of you guys you think without naming the faction implants and stuff thats 100 mill per plant or more. I got cyber netic 4 but training to 5 but for now should I keep my halo implant low grades?
Or make another clone for lg snakes for the better speed? and for the 6th slot( til cyber V) put in the +3 micro velocity.
Or should I put slave in for extra tank for now and still keep the + 3 mwd velocity or +3 armor repair.
Remember only got cybernetic 4 but I want to make a faction fitted ishtar made for solo or 2-10 man gangs thats good tank speed aand some other stuff.
BTW I will probably be flying with a pilgrim or a curse (I have a amarr recon_ and he has talisman cept the cyber lvl V last implants, and curse be good for vagas and ints and anything faster than my curse.
Wut do u guys think? my best choice is or why and what situations and what to avoid ty much guys.
Btw I usually fly in my ishtar in gangs ab with trimark rig and bonus rep rig. with a ab its slow but can tank and has a 800 plate MAR II and 3 med 150 rails TII for the cruiser bonus :) more dmg but bad for up close but thats why I have web and warr II's

Edot: also I can change from ss warp disrupter to a 28-30 km maybe even a 27km will work for keeping out of large neut range.

Btw I get almost 1600 with mwd on without snake plants armor is 5300 with em 63.5 being smallest resist and exp 68 and kin/therm high sig is 800 with mwd on 133 off.
Maybe I should fit a balmos td on my 5th slot for those bs's with large turrets. I only go 253 ms with it but I got good agility and should be on vs a large energy abbaddon. with the td on wut u think?

might be a bit crazy, but would an AB fit in that last high, might make your harder to hit than if you had a TD on when webbed (idk)

I guess if I had room for the ab wit pg restrictions could take off the med neut
for certain kills
and put a ab in for web and a td in for tracking link and try a 27-30 disrupter for out of neut range.

Fitting plate to fit polycarbons?
Also, your setup has too much stuff in it, thats bad, your trying to prepare for everything and at the end might get prepared for nothing.
Tbh, if your going speed oriented, hard but can be done, pretty much old setup with tweaks here and there, also make sure you manage to stay out of tackler support. Flyable? Yes quite good, not uber fav of the month, but a normal inline tactic.
Armor tanking? Make sure you are not fitting mods that hit your armor even if you got plate, also note that its better to have 2 MAR IIs then 1 MAR II and 800 plate, since when at standoff with a bigger ship it might deal more dmg that MAR can comply and your 800 plate hp buffer wont be enough. While dual-MAR setup can run with cargo filled with about 26 cap booster 400`s. And thats alot, while you can maintain a very good rep-frequency. Yeah, your armor will jump from 100% to 10% due to ~2100 hp, but even tho its scary at start, you get used to it. Just like certain Blasterthron setups. Make sure you have some DCU if you wish to have a good tank with hull backbone.

k anymore opinions Im gunna try this setup and go after slower hacks and bc's and bs's BTW 800 just adds mass poly adds speed and agility kind of a counter ballance and with the domination OD its not bad plus with some other velocity and speed implants its not too bad. and Im anti drone and can get out fi needed due to we for ints. Tho I might switch neuts for 150' rails for anti incomming drones and aints 24km range

I mean I dont see wuts wrong with it, can out run most things nowdays but if a int or vaga catch up I think I got a good chance wit it, I keep 6 valkeries, 8 warr tii's ogre tii's so Im gunna be redy for most and with a 14km web should be ez targets but wut do u think I should take off my 800 plate and put a DCU II? so i have that extra speed boost to get out gast? and make put some dual 150's med rails to take out vaga's and ints specially with tracking link SS style, and the fast drones i carry.
I mean I do got fairly low sig for a good fast tank.
