So far I've noticed a 10+ FPS increase on my old putzy computer circa 2003.
And the toggle camera shake is nice, smoother warps are pleasurable while operating the directional scanner.
Thanks CCP o/

I was hoping that's what they meant by that. That's going to be great.

Its a shame the effort that went into this new patch will be so overshadowed by the POS thing.
Oh well.

It wouldn't be Eve if we didn't have something to whine about.
For the record I still think this is being way overblown. But we should see an announcement today, apparently. ... besides, I've said all I'm going to say. You're reading my sig now! Bwa!

They are all over in the POS Exploit threads raving and calling for blood.
so for once GD is quite.. I also think the patch worked well, and the DT was finished nearly 30mins early, which was nice

Smooth ?
Some ppl can't even start the game. My client uses about twice much memory as before. And most of it is loaded into swamp memory, which make impossible using 2 accounts.
Really good work CPP :( 2 days wasted.

Not played on TQ yet but on Singularity while I was filming battles last night I never dipped below 30 fps in 1080p, and that was while Fraps was recording.
This is indeed mozo!

The little I have played thus far has shown an increase in FPS, and generally smoother gameplay.
