Not asking whether it will, but whether it can.
Talking with another fellow Charismite (Base 14 here, he had 15) and we were both bemoaning our situations since we started (There was no info on what's worth getting).
He mentioned that it would be nice if Charisma had something to do with ambulation. What an awesome idea!
Something simple, like more face/body options, or something to do with either fabricating clothes, or wearing them.
Anything really, to differentiate those of us that didn't min-max our character creation, because we were either clueless, or felt it novel to mold your EVE toon to be like your RL personality.
Any other Idea's?

Yes, your character gets to walk with a very self important swagger which gets you noticed by everyone and liked by no-one. -- There's a simple difference between kinky and perverted. Kinky is using a feather to get her in the mood. Perverted is using the whole chicken. All this has happened before and will happen again |

Yeah, good idea. But what would it actually change? The way you interact with other player won;t change.... maybe lower prices for the mini games and stuff?
I want to know if there will be new implants availiable specifically for female characters?
Thats a bit of a saucy comment for an Amarr, Jones, I thought you guys frowed on such things?

The attributes don't affect any of the in-game mechanics, and I doubt that's going to change with WiS. However, it would be nice if some of the new manufacturing skills that come with ambulation might be charisma-based.
Something along the lines of: want to design ze latest fashion? You need to have style to do so!

better clothes should require a certain BASE (not including implants or skills) charisma, so all min maxing achura get shafted.
i would have bothered to dress up my achura hate, so to speak, with an arguement but meh.

There's only one thing that attributes should ever effect, and that's training speed.
Of course, there's lots of skills that you can imagine coming in with internet walking that could use charisma.

I'm liking this idea quite a bit. I was fortunate enough to have a mentor in my first days, and avoided dumping extra points into charisma, but I still have the rather high amount the Gallente do.
Interior decorating, fashion design, perhaps even make skills that are used to manage those in-station shops be charisma based. I see a LOT of room for this idea to work in. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- PROPOSAL: Chaos Incarnate's Face MMORPG: Many Men Online Role Playing Girls |

I'm pretty sure they talked about this in one of the FanFest videos. Depending on your standings (I don't know if this is sec-standing, corp-standing, charisma or what) people will pay more or less attention to you and react to you differently. there should be no real benefit for high charisma, although low charima characters should be tormented by an elderly black dude in station who just makes fun of their appearance until they pay him to go away

It would be cool if achura were hunchback fooglys in ambulation. Payment for training stuff fast and what not.
But people would probably cry about not having their cake and eating it too.
But then I've never really understood that whole "having your cake and eating it" expression. I mean, what the hell else are you going to do with cake?
So... I agree with everyone. There probably won't be cake in ambulation.
But who cares!? I'm Deteis! Ain't nobody sexier! And I'll do my little turn on the promenade.
On a side note: Torfi had it wrong in the ambulation demo. He said that character was achura. It was clearly a Deteis by the portrait in the upper right.

I heard Charisma is the primary attribute for Arse Mode to go faster, double arsemode is still considered an exploit but I hear that if you can get someone else to touch your ass you can go even faster.

Aslong as they keep their labcoats and trousers on, and maybe a paper bag for their head, I'm happy.

While I was still maintaining Ambulation Answers, Eris said here that they hadn't decided if stats will affect anything or not, yet.
So it's still up in the air. I'd say if there are any "ambulation skills" that cha seems like a likely choice for the primary attribute. ----------------

not sure how charisma is going to or should effect the male avatars. BUT for female avatars it would be easy to do. For each point of charisma the character gets a rack increase. Imagine a Charisma 15 or more with +4 implants?
The only question is, do isk come in a paper format?
