Please give us the option of moving the effects bar to wherever we want, similar to how we can move the HUD.
I have all my locked on targets line up right above my mods and it will comletley cover up the effects back.

just checked it out on sisi and the effects bar is completely hidden by my targets. oh well

Since the effects bar is a part of the general HUD and you can't move it separately, is there a chance that could be changed in the future. I've seen a few other people here mention they have their targets show up where I do so I'm not the only one effected On holiday. -áIn some other world.
