Too long have we sat in meetings in smokey station bars and grandoise council halls. If we are truly to mobilize let a time be set for the great mobilization. Let every Matari, regardless of corporation, heed to the call of a greater loyalty. I ask of the leaders of our great race for the guidance and the planning to make our noble cries for action into reality, instead of more voices crashing against the stars.
[I move for an event, to be planned by the leaders of our great Minmatar Society. For those Minmatar outside of the liberation front, it will be understood that details cannot be released, but support can be given in many forms. If we are truly to change the face of the Eve Galaxy, action, not stagnation, is our only tool!]

Yet when an oath to the standing Republic of all Minmatar is asked for, you decline, keep on speaking for individual corporations, keep on forming "new Republics", keep on claiming tribal independence, keep on forming alliances of pilots instead of supporting the nation that encompasses all Minmatar, planet-bound or in space.
I dare you all - if you mean what you say in this call, unite yourself with the Republic. Maybe you are not happy with all the politics of the state. Maybe you are not happy with all its leaders. But if you leave and denounce the Republic at the first sight of trouble and disagreement, instead of working from inside to change it, I ask you - how long is this new alliance of yours going to last?
Last, but not least - I answer your call for unity. I stand with the tribes of Minmatar; I work for my people, I dream for my people, it is my life and my soul. But the call to arms that I will answer to will have come from my Republic, not from those who want to replace it.

So it has always been and so it will always be - at least until you accept our benevolent Amarr leadership and offer to mould you into something better than you are....

These new states, like the PRM, are founded to increase security and stability in the outskirts of the Minmatar Republic. Their pilots join to fight the enemies of the minmatar, thus supporting the matari people. I know that they would gladly fight for the Minmatar Republic if the republic would finally take measures to protect our people, measures that go beyond an occasional "kill amarr/ammatar/angel... terrorists/slavers" contract from a RF or RSS agent.

The more as there is no success in "working from inside", the politicians of the Minmatar Republic do not allow us, the matari pilots, acknowledged "elite" in spaceships and using jove-technology, to add our visions and ideas to the republic. Most of the time, the republic simply ignores its elite.
