384. Incursions VG - Pure DPS or Utility - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
As you stated, gang link bonuses will give federation navy stasis webs a 20km range. This is more than adequate -- there's no point in webbing ships outside of the effective range of your DPS. Vindicators, for example, have enough trouble hitting ...

It's a work in progress. We've got most of the engine work done for it, but the UI needs to be coded to support it.

387. Do Sansha ships need a buff? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
If you're looking to buff the Nightmare in PvP (which might not be completely insane), I think a neut/nos range bonus would be both appropriate and flavorful. Whether it's justified or not is an open question, though.

388. pirate bs for vanguard sites... - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Proteus simply lacks the range to be viable in Vanguards, much less anything higher. The Legion works because it has a 50% optimal bonus, T2 locus coordinators are awesome, and scorch is awesome. Anyway, you can expect about 730 DPS from conflag ...

389. About hybrid armor tanking - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Unless you've got a bonus (Brutix, Myrmidon, Hyperion, Legion, Proteus), active armor tanking is usually ill-advised. Most armor tankers use capacitor-intensive turrets, and finding the free capacitor to run a tank is challenging even before neutr...

You forgot the single best armor incursion DPS ship available: The Paladin. Nightmare level DPS, 90% webs, and scorch to project it when new waves spawn. It also has one of the best resist profiles for omni tanking in the game. The legion is also...

391. Do Sansha ships need a buff? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
You can do level 5's with an alt in a logistics ship too -- and it'll be both faster and cheaper. I think the Rattlesnake is among the ugliest of the pirate ships available. So is the CNR -- just a different ratio. Passive tanking is ove...

Passive rattlesnake, seriously? Regen doesn't mean a damn thing when they're killing you with massed 1400's. If you're not going to use an Orca, I think a buffer-tanked Abaddon is about as good as you'll get. Not exactly a speedy little bugger, t...

Both Pyfa and EFT will tell you the maximum warp distance your ship can travel. This information is present in the tooltips if you hover over the warp speed area of their UI. To calculate how much capacitor you actually consume, divide the dista...

When you spend almost a billion isk on hardeners, you do generally get something more effective, yes. That said, you'd get a stronger active tank on that first loadout if you swapped the invuln for a shield boost ampifier -- generally speaking.
