I'd give it a role bonus to remove the targeting penalties for fitting a standard cloaking device, around 5k corp hangar and 20k-40k ship hangar. Remove the hacking bonuses as those wouldn't fit the role as a deep space support vessel.

Maybe remove the sentry spec and make it a heavy spec. T1 bonuses remain the same. T2 bonuses could be +25m-¦ drone bay and +5% heavy drone velocity, agility and tracking.

I'd like to wait and see how the modes for T3 destroyers work out and if the mechanics are solid and fun, I'd have that used as a basis to rebalance T3 cruisers into modes and any other T3 be done in the same way.

I speculate that if the mode concept of T3 destroyers is a success, T3 cruisers may get a similar change on them and a visual makeover. The sub-system technology could then be adapted for paint jobs and similar.
