tbh i dont think neutralizers need to be changed, they are very good at what they do so why change it? the only issue i get when fitting nosferatu is cpu, when i fitt neutralizers it all adds up, for me at least... "We brake for nobody"

its fair i belive. capital ships can only be built in 0,4, why not tech 2? and having a production alt in npc corp making tech 2 WITHOUT danger is not really a good thing, remember that the risk has to be equal to the reward, meaning no risk there...
