Neodymium is useless; even though it's a "rare," it won't sell for more then 1000PU on the market. I found three neodymium moons in one system once. Mercury and Technetium are good ones to out for though =)

Well dark glitter and glare crust are pretty much the best ice ores. We mine ice ores in 0.0 to avoid having to transport liquid ozone and heavy water; but regular isotopes aren't really worth mining.
