And we're now part of an (almost) exclusively defensive alliance with no special requirements (beyond whatever assistance members want to volunteer to other alliance members in case it's needed and wanted).

Not speaking Romanian is not a problem, just make sure you do start talking in English though so the rest can switch too, the "default" language when nobody else is around is Romanian. SP total, prior experience, that doesn't matter much, as we ...
