I'd say level 4s, just for the loot. L3s are better for LP if you're just trying to blow through them as fast as you can, but if you're trying for money definitely go for level 4s.

I've been NOSed at 45km+ by blood raiders, sometimes outdistancing them can be quite a problem when you can't run an AB or warp away. And they've got very powerful NOSes. I went from 67% to 0 in my drake in less than 5 seconds vs 3 HACs that spawn...

If you bring in a drake for the DPS why not just run them in the drake? Also an awesome tank and you'll have about the same damage as just the scorpion. Ravens are much better for missions. You get rof bonuses to torps and cruise missiles meaning...

Almost every L4 I've ever done has scramblers. General rule of thumb is always kill the smaller ships first, starting with frigs. Only frigs will warp scramble (that I've noticed anyway).

Yeah, that's unusual for rogue drones though, usually it's straight EM, and CCP said nothing about changing their damage or resist tables, only that they'd leave a wreck.

I just wanted to say that using passive shield resists with the proper resistance skills to 4, you can get every resist to 75% or higher with a t2 damage control and t2 invuln field. Helps with the cap a little.
