They have also the worst pre-order system I've ever seen... If I want to buy all the starter packs, a booster display and one of the old starter set i have to pay 120$ for the cards and 180$ for shipping and handling! PS: They also dont accep...

ECM wasn't nerfed, they just made sure that only certain caldari ships can use them with the same strength as before. I agree that not being able to lock anything is bad though. They should change ECM and damps to be more similar to TDs. --------...
