The Golem is fine. A pair of Rigor rigs is fine. You could shift over to a Mach if you really wanted to, but training more than one top tier mission boat is a bit of a waste in my opinion. Train for something that's not missions, like exploration ...

Anoms. Havens and Sanctums. Ishtar or a carrier. T3's lack projection and/or DPS in most cases by comparison. That's not to say that T3's are bad. They can solo just about anything. They just aren't usually the best choice for ISK/hr.

Load EMP. T2 ammo is specialized and not always suitable for every situation. Your T2 guns will still do 2-10% more DPS due to the T2 spec skill. Or try running missions against Angels.

Train for a Golem. You are less than an hour from sitting in one. Get Marauders IV and then work on your drone, missile support, and cruise missile spec skills. A CNR would work fine in the mean time.
