As a pvp`er you need two ship classes, battleships and interceptors. Maybe HAC`s, but these are more like toys when you have too much ISK.

I`m not too sure about the prices anymore but my named rails were cheaper than the t2`s. Scouts for 3.5 - 4 mill and compressed for 7 mill each .. looks like i got really lucky to get those around niyabainen
