I think the new webbing changes will kill tackling and small ship combat which is a really sad thing. Oh and ravens will be invulnerable (long range web + nos + cruise missiles .. ) :F

You can also set up a nice shield tank on a blackbird. Killed a lot 0.0 spawns with it. Sure it takes time, and you`ll get blown up by battleships very fast, but it`s doable. Caracals do kill faster but cant tank better ..
