Fitting window no longer shows grid/cpu usage for a module when you hover/click on it (so you don't know if a module fits unless you actually try and fit it, whereas previously it would show this when you hover/click.

How come you can no longer hover over a module and see if it will fit on your ship anymore? It used to show the CPU/Grid usage, now you have to try and fit the module before you know if you've got enough CPU/Grid left.......

The war dec mechanic is STILL broken. We are still declaring war on people today, some 2 weeks after leaving our last alliance. We are still unable to join a new alliance because of this. Can you please fix this "issue".
