Exept that the ishtar does as tiny detail twice the dps of a pilgrim. Its targets tank does not fail because of nos but because it cannot tank the dps.

A *well* fitted and skilled raven - this means torps, a painter or two and a faction tank will be a good deal faster than a NH. A NH will be cheaper, have a stronger and afk-friendly tank, but less dps. Essentailly: raven: faster NH: stressfree

It's...interesting. Not sure if the sacriledge wouldn't be better for that kind of style, though (with an armortank instead obviously). And you will likely burn through cap charges like theres no tomorrow.
