I 2nd the "rig it for passive tanking" recommendation. Not the rigs, though - just use 3 * purger rigs (-20% shield recharge time). With 3 LSE2 and 1 SPRs this gives you a peak recharge of 95-100 hp/sec. This is about the same as running that LS...
