Its fine. Overlays simply run on top of eve, the same way a movie window can run in front of a firefox window. They do not interact with or change eve in any way.

The face modelling tool creates a 2-d picture, no 3-d grid. Even if it did it is highly unlikely that ambulation uses the same models than we have now. Look at the videos, the faces are rather different with far more details.
