I am in favor of any fatigue mechanic that lets you utilize your home region almost as much as you want. IE, bridges within a few LY of your capital system do not generate fatigue. Even if that was a very low limit like 5LY. This would make those ...

I would suggest, along with weaselior, that morphite is eventually fixed a bit. Perhaps making it belt mining only? We will have to math out the changes a bit but in general I like the direction. Math will prove out if it will be competitive enoug...

I like these changes a lot. I would need to see a mathing on the mass change which I am sure will be done shortly. But good set. They are also maybe a bit too cheap still but that is an easy change later I suppose.

Why not use the impounding code? All assets are moved to closest NPCstation (or HQ) and taxxed (like impounding code does) at say 10-25% of assets value. Something very stiff cost wise but not the end of the world of super discouraging if someone ...
