Me and my friend and some others kill a hauler on a lowsec gate. It was 5x stabbed with t1 med extenders... and it had nothing in it. He put a 100m bounty of my friends head

If you warp into another lowsec system, and log before you decloak, the target can not be locked even after being bumped several times while trying to warp out. Is this working as intended?

I've been shot at numerious times with no timer at all. I think it resets the yellow timer without actually showing it, so if I take sentry fire I sit in station for 15+ minutes and do w/e on various... websites
