Well they need to up the missile count by a few. Even 2-5 missiles more would be decent. so a 20-23 clip size. The reload timer, can be tweaked. I just took 25% off the reload. And damage selection really needs to be tweaked.

I don't think you know how much the Caracal trades away in order to hit frigate sized targets. There's a reason Talwar gangs were used and not Caracal gangs. And do you see any other Destroyer being used? LML Talwars are the only Destroyers used ...
