If you're multi clienting might wanna spring for another monitor and VGA that can run dual monitors smoothly. Double check power needs of card. (No you dont need to 2 cards) and you wont need 1000w PSU unless you got 2 cards.

Wrong forum and travel to NPC nullsec. Some stations there that you can resupply. That or you're going to need an alt with a cargo ship and cloak... I hear the pilgrim is quite good. But really to avoid a gate camp best to send an alt through first.

Real answer is increase incentives, and make it less of a hassle to stay out there or get out there... Also ask why so many are so reluctant to move out there? I love pvp in most MMO's, but in eve it's a pita to find a fight or if you get exploded...
