It would also be necessary to make gas harvesters not take a turret hardpoint. It's odd that gas harvesting is the one thing you can't do with a dedicated mining ship still.

The only thing I think is wrong with the Procurer/Retriever hulls is the bonus should be a skill bonus rather than a role bonus. What's wrong with the Procurer having a +40%/level bonus to strip miner yield?

To be more clear: The Mackinaw has just had a role change on Sisi, due for release to Tranquility with the 1.2 release. It is no longer an ice-mining specialty ship. The bonuses have changed and it should not be giving 2 blocks per ice-miner cyc...

Won't the Skiff mine Ice better than the Mack now? Skiff gets 3/cycle by the bonuses, Mack only gets 2/cycle. I'll check soon, but I need to resinstall Sisi, so maybe someone who's already on can check.
