And should be fixed. I tested it on our Russian and Japanese computers and it didn't throw that encode error. Let me know if there's any other issues with it.

0.49 allows you to save the selected language for future boots. Be aware that it sets the client language (or should do) although you can set the client to something different if you want to.

Open up your %tmp% folder. There should be files prefixed with "CCP_". Try deleting them and running it again.

I think that error indicates corruption in the cached values, or in those that you're downloading from the interwebs.

Ah, MovemeBot. We had some good times, until people abused it. The code for the bot is around somewhere, so you never know... That said, it's not a high priority (or even prioritised at all) so don't hold your breath.
