imo pretty cool idea - the downside would be supercaps perhaps as it would expose super-capable pilots pretty fast (and I could think that a few pilots may end up being kicked for selling ships they're not supposed to be selling lol)

I have something similar in development to address spam itself rather than scams. Something that takes it more to the basic level rather than involving red/blue/emotions into the concept, and that way removing the potential hazards of abuse. /c
