Most missions don't require much movement. The few with multiple stages drop you off right on top of the next gate. Most of the time you sit there stationary, tank that bit of dmg while you pop the stuff at range pretty fast. Don't speak english...

Dominix is the best mission runner. A lot faster than the Kronos if you fit it right. 425mm Rails/MFS, t2 Sentrys and a shieldtank. 900+ DPS up to 45km, tanks good enough if you can melt BS in seconds. ;) Don't speak english, just F5, F5, F5...
