Ya that's probably it. I'm probably just doing something wrong every night (peak playing times) which is causing me to land in a queue, but I somehow get it right every morning (off-peak playing times) when I log in to switch skill trainings. ...

Ok, so I'm assuming you folks are CCP employees at this point. But since you'll inevitably come back saying you're not.... Why are you defending CCP and trying to make it seem like it's ok that they lack the capacity to service all of the people...
