bpc's take a lot longer to run off than actually manufacturing the ship. Anybody that sells a bpc is cutting their profit massively (i.e you havent got a hope of getting one)

Your best chance is the Jita market. Unless you have a large order most suppliers will not deliver. This looks like a one-off build so theres not much incentive for people to go cheap or to offer delivery.

I got a bpc for 50 runs of this. I paid 3mill per run for the bpc. Add to this 8mill for the improved cloak II (before prices went nuts) and thats 11mill. Now add your base price of 2 mill and the total is 13 mill. Now I doubt I'd get the improv...
