6. Gallente President; I'm being oppressed by an unfair system! - in Player Gatherings and Events [original thread]
2 reasons I can come up with: 1) Whats stopping someone from voting with an alt, reprocessing him, making another, voting, reprossesing him... 2) It would be unfair to those that don't have 3 gallente characters on their account.

Any decent PvP group has someone deligated w/ PE5 to be thier builder so they don't run into these issues. Stopping ship production will only hurt everyone that doesn't have an internal production wing.
