They are waiting until all these balancing and tracking issues get resolved. As the consquences to a t2 425 rail either doing 5 points of dmg or 5,000 points of dmg would be a TAD screwed up. Wait til they fix tracking on turrets for t2 turrets. ...

Funny thing is, once you train Diplomacy, you'll get the dual numbers, however it'll use Diplomacy to raise your standings instead of Connections.....

I thought all mining division agetns...at least lvl 3 agents, got drug out back by Papa Smurf and shot as ppl exploited them by keeping stacks of ore/minerals to use in missions.

Well, just thank all the people who abused the mining agents by keeping a HUGE stockpile of ore/minerals in their hanger and doing a few missions a minute...thus getting multiple implants a day from thier mining agents.

I think there might be what your hoping for in the amarr cathedral missions. I beleive there will be some agents trying to blow up the transports while others are trying to get them to the destination. Whomever does more, wins some sort of prize...
