Are you using a VM? Can you increase the memory? EVESDEToSQL runs as 32bit while the old EVEMonSDEExternalsToSQL run as 64bit. It all comes down to memory allocation limit.

The problem with invFlags isn't hard to fix on your own. IDs 157-163 have the text in place of the name and vices versa. It's just a matter of data consistency.

For those having issue with using the SDE zip file, make sure that the file is named according to CCP's naming convention 'ReleaseName_VersionMajor.VersionMinor_VersionBuild_db.zip' (which they don't seem to honor in some cases).
