Guardian/basilisk - Needs a chain, once in chain is practically neut proof. Oneiros/scimitar - doesn't need chain but is easily neuted down. Otherwise they are quite similar in tank etc. The big discrepency is the basilisk, which is kinda nerfed...

You don't need advanced weapon upgrades for logi ........ You want the rep/transfer skills to 5 and better nav skills. And obviously thermodynamics. also ew drone interfacing is great as it boosts control range for all drones, not just ewar drones.

The great thing is that other than the remote rep skill itself every other skill is a core support skill for whatever you do in eve (well except station trading etc.) even if you decide logistics is not the thing for you.

Did you read it at all? Covert ops skill will not change in any way shape or form. It is only the t1 combined skills (destroyer and battlecruiser) that are getting changed.

The above is correct, the rigs (rigors) and implants (deadeye zmaxxx) related to guided missiles precision also do not apply to unguided missiles - that is rockets, heavy assault missiles, torpedoes, citadel torpedoes
