1. Confused dot com about bounties - in Crime and Punishment [original thread]
You have a very small window to shoot them after a bounty is added. The bigger the bounty the longer you have to shoot after it is placed. Try placing a 1b bounty on someone, that should give you rights to shoot them for about 22 minutes.

CONCORD shoot through POS shields too. As has been said already you're not supposed to evade CONCORD and actually managing to is deemed an exploit.

No disrespect for the kill but "best gankers in all of Eve" seems like a ill fitting accolade. I've seen that guy warping to various gates and just unleashing smartbombs without apparent regard for who he kills (i.e. just for the lulz), which is...

9. RR-ing a criminal will get you blown up by Concord? - in Crime and Punishment [original thread]
Aiding an outlaw in highsec in any way (remote rep, cap transfer, tracking link, remote sensor boosting, remote ECCM, etc - any positive action) will result in a GCC and destruction of your ship by CONCORD. There is as far as I'm aware no warning...

Faction police tend to turn up in about 5 seconds and scram ~5 seconds later. Then web first so if you're already aligned you'll end up webbed into warp. Hang about too long though and you'll get scrammed multiple times (4 from memory). As you po...

On the basis that evading CONCORD is an exploit, and CONCORD is an instrument to guarantee you lose your ship, storing it in an Orca which doesn't then get destroyed by association is probably an exploit.
