Even completely without bonuses, it seems silly to not fit one. A ~15% chance to jam every 20 seconds seems more than worth it to me, since it essentially equates to a 15% chance to instantly win a fight. (Solo to small gang assumed) If you can't ...

I was toying around with the Kronos in EFT and was able to work out an almost cap stable (13 mins running everything but AB, stable without the Salvagers and Tractors running) fit with 847 DPS and 426 tanked against Serpentis, without Cap Boosters...
