not exactly, key is using shield or armour hardeners. They incraese resistance making your shield/armour last longer and making your shield/armour boosting much more effective. Stars, stars like dust, all around me....

While i agree more or less with your thesis SirMolle ( that even with CA support our side is atm dealing hvier dmg and wining) i dont like the form of it.It seems written to put down CA and PA, to start a flame war. CA has surely brought much act...

I dont see it like this. Player owned structures are in so finally you get an aim to attack and deal a bigger dmg to the opposite corp. Even if prices arent that high as it have been written a small base should be worth 6-7 bs , wich is a hit. ...
