There are several (if not most) sites that don't have an acceleration gate but are "deadspace" (you can't engage the mwd)... I'm talking about 0.0 myself, never done empire exploration. Boink!

You can't make an educated guess now towards which faction ship you should be aiming. Supposedly, "sometime in the future", as in soon(TM), CCP is going to revamp all faction ships. Myself, I'm getting one of each to play with when that moment hap...

This is one of those must-have modules for sure. Don't expect their prices to last being that high though, as the ships using scanprobes aren't easily lost so not replaced either. Please resize image to a maximum of 400 x 120, not exceeding 24000...

100% ? What are you inventing? The chance modifier on decryptors has been increased actualy. Myself I have about 20% chance on BS invention jobs so far, but only done 15jobs so far to have any valid statistic.

If the hit with the previous probe is very close to the 0.5au mark use a comb probe to get a closer result. It has always worked for me even to find very difficult sites. Makes me wonder if the actual scanrange of probes has partly a falloff range...
