Same problem with fitting window, when guns are not loaded with ammo, it's very difficult to see them and when the gun is offline it becomes almost invisible. (I have a dark something theme, might be related)

Rename the downloaded patch in your cache folder. I.e remove the ".badxx" part at the end of the file. Works fine after.

Cloak need a deep change especially because of isk farmers abusing it. Make cloaked ships able to get probed. Except of course for dedicated ships like covert ops.
