422. New Dev Blog: Speed Rebalanced by Nozh - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
Don't know if anyone mentioned this yet, but the MWD changes make the Catalyzed Cold-Gas I Arcjet Thrusters MWD strictly better than MWD II. It has better cap and power requirements *and* requires less cap to use while giving the same speed bonus....

Edited by: Faffywaffy on 27/09/2008 22:33:28 Originally by: Bartholomeus Crane Nice barking, wrong tree. Clearly, handling IO sequentially is not an option. IO requests were probably handled (semi-)concurrently in random order using s...

426. New Dev Blog by Explorer - StacklessIO and lag reduction - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]

428. Eve Fitting Tool - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
In EFT, offlining a cloaking device removes its scan resolution drawback, but in EVE, the drawback still applies even with an offline cloak.

430. Offline cloaking device - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Hello, all. Normally, offline modules don't apply their drawbacks, but it seems that an offline cloaking device does apply its signature resolution drawback. I'm sitting in a stiletto right now, with an offline (not just turned off, actually offl...

431. Contract scamming and anti-scamming - in Market Discussions [original thread]
It ties up very little money (usually 1 mil per contract) and I can always cancel one of the contracts if I need the slot. Anyway, if causing some grief to a scammer doesn't improve your day, you don't have to do it... As for 1 ISK above/below - ...
