Whoops, I broke that as well. I'll fix that soon. Those three buttons don't do anything. I was going to use them to implement some sorting / grouping of the skills in the skill plan, but I haven't done that yet.

Oops, the deployment scripts didn't pick up the point release. I've fixed the update xml, it should autoupgrade from 13 to 13.1 now. Version number in the DMG file name is probably a good idea, I'll do that for the next release.
